Licensed Therapist Rate:

$145 for an Intake & Assessment
$120 for a 53 min session

Pre-licensed Therapist Rate (self-pay only):

$130 for an Intake & Assessment
$105 for a 53 min session

Intern Rate:

$40 per session

Couples' Counseling Rate (self-pay only):

Intake is $145 for 53 min/$165 for 70 min
On-going sessions: $105 45-52 min/$130 53-60 min/$155 61 – 70 min

Insurance (Therapy only):

Licensed therapists are credentialed with Highmark/BCBS, Capital Blue Cross, Aetna, and Quest. WE DO NOT ACCEPT HIGHMARK WHOLECARE

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment:

We accept cash, checks, HSA, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a late cancellation fee.
