The Team
Who We Are

I'm Lindsay
LAPC, NCC, M.S.
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania under the supervision of Tamra Miller-Spence. I hold a Master’s degree in School Counseling and approach therapy from a holistic, person-centered lens, and believe healing happens when individuals feel genuinely seen, safe, and supported as whole people.
I have four years of experience working within school settings and previously served as an elementary school counselor, where I supported students with emotional regulation, social relationships, anxiety, and life transitions. I currently work primarily with adolescents, offering support as they navigate big emotions, identity development, and relationship challenges. I strive to create a calm, affirming space where clients can slow down, connect with themselves, and explore their experiences at their own pace. My approach integrates mindfulness and somatic awareness, gently supporting clients in building emotional insight, nervous system regulation, and self-trust. I draw from evidence-based, trauma-informed practices while honoring the interconnectedness of mind, body, and lived experience. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, compassionate, and responsive to each individual’s needs.
In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about perinatal mental health and am also a certified doula. My background informs my gentle, body-aware, and holistic approach, reflecting a deep respect for the transitions individuals and families experience across the lifespan.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking and baking cozy meals, spending time at the beach, skydiving, being with my family, and thrifting at vintage shops!
